Payments
After registering for the course, you will be contacted by our specialist to discuss the details, after which you will be invoiced with payment details. Payment is made to a current account at a local state bank. Payment is accepted in local currency.
Refunds and cancellations
– In case of cancellation of the course on the initiative of the organizer, 100% of the paid amount is returned to the client within 10 working days to the specified bank account.
If the cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies and other unforeseen events), the client will be offered a refund or postponement to another date.
– If a student cancels more than 21 days prior to the start of the course, the full refund will be made.
– If a student cancels less than 21 days before the start of the course, 70% of the fee will be refunded and 30% will be retained to cover administrative costs.
– If a student cancels less than 4 days before the start of the course, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Discounts
1. If you book and pay for the course before December 15, you will receive a 5% discount off the full course fee.
2. An enterprise, sending two or more specialists to the training at the same time, receives a discount: for the participation of 2 oe more people – 5% of the total amount of payment.
